1. I have furnished copy of my complaint against Nishit pethalji Chavada pursuant to the instructions given by ACP – Chudasma on 18-7-2006 after recording the statement of Nishit Pethalji Chavada on 20-6-2006. ACP _ Chudasma had received instructions from DCPJaeja dated 3-6-06 .
2. The text of the complaint was given to Jodhpur Police Choky vide 26-9-2006 and is as per the internet link.
3. I am already referring to the reply given by Commissioner of Police on 25-9-2006 pursuant to my first appeal . The same is annexed herewith. Pursuant to my meeting with Commissioner of Police only, DCP took steps of atkayati pagla on 27-9-2006 against Nishit Pethalji Chavada. This steps were just taken for the sake of formality of compliance only.
4. I had drawn the attention of the Police Commissioner on 21-10--2006 as the commissioner of Police was misled by DCP Jadeja /ACP Chudasma.
5. Pursuant to the complaint filed by Pravin Kotak against Mr. Nishit Chavada as reported on 20-10-07, I had brought the matter to the attention of DGP –Mr. Kaushik in November 2007 and DGP – Mr. Kaushik had assigned Mr. B R Patel ACP_ Vejalpur to look into the matter and once again the statement was recorded on 22-11-2007. However, he did not pursue the matter thereafter and the information was just recorded.
6. I have received the information that Nishit Pethalji Chavada hasa been released on bail in the complaint filed by Pravin Kotak and the chargesheet has been sent to the MetroCourt around 21st March 2008. From the chargesheet, it appears ACP B R Patel has not given the details of atkayati pagla to be incorporated in the chargesheet against Nishit Pethalji Chavada so as to make the case strong.

a. The status quo order was obtained on 19-7-2000 in Civil Suit 3754/2000. The telegram was sent on 19-7-2000 to the Police commissioner and satellite police station as well.
b. Conditions were imposed on the property that there was ban on transfer of property for 10 years as per the order in 1988.
In this connection I had sent letter to email to the collector office deawing their attention for ban on the property. The property was vauled to be Rs 26.65 lakhs while the sale document was for Rs 18.00 lakhs.
c. The share certificate showed that the transfer of property was done on 23-7-2000 that is after the status quo order was obtained
d. The court commissioner dated 21-9-00 showed that nishit chavada had taken possession of the bunglow and this was supported by two witnesses. Even the court order on 21-1-03 expressed doubts as regarding possession of the property by Nishit chavada.
