§ Would DCP Jadeja and DGP Kaushik would be kind enough to furnish specific details of the the court orders showing that the possession was granted to Nishit Pethalji Chavda by Court Order.
§ Does DGP Kaushik and DCP can say confidently after the Pravin Kotak’s complaint against Nishit Chavda that the purchase of the bunglow is with raji khusi ( at price of Rs 18 lakhs when the amount paid was Rs 24 lakhs especially when the possession of the bunglow was taken by nishit chavda by taking law in his hands.
§ Can DCP Jadeja and DGP confidently tell that Nishit chavda is clean when the Judge has made observation on 21-1-2003 that Nishit Chavda did not have possession of the bunglow at the time of filing of civil suit 469/2000.
§ Would DCP Jadeja and DGP clarify as to by what court Order the possession was given by the court in April 2003 as referred in the statement by Nishit Chavda on his statement on 20-6-2006 given to ACP Chuidasma.
